Vehicle context.
As a subcontractor, Vanguard supports the SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) Multiple Award Contract, an IDIQ vehicle for acquiring professional support services across the naval enterprise. Its scope comprises two primary areas: Engineering Services, including systems engineering, research and development, software development, and cybersecurity; and Program Management Services, including logistics, financial analysis, execution support, and lifecycle management.
